We have to thank both of you for the  many hours of counseling which saved our marriage.

While we were TDY in New Mexico My  wife and I asked for help and each  attempt we made, we felt lost.our marriage was at just about to end. It was effecting our assignments. Then I was disciplined when a verbal fight broke out at the commissary. Then our last counselor recommended Dr. Manley RPhd. We were reluctant at first. On Sunday we attended early mass or services. Chaplain Manley had the duty, he asked me in front of the group do you wish to consult with me regarding your present situation? Then he turned to the people attending service and asked how many of them knew about their problems. Please stand up to show your support and that you would be interested in helping. My wife and I were surprised. He asked them to line up and come forward to wish them well. We could not believe the offers to help baby sit, help with some of the bills that we had gotten behind on etc.  The reason I did this, you are both living on a small base and to show you both how many people are aware of your situation and how it effects others.

There are 2359 people on this base. I want both of you to know others will help and so will I. But only you and your wife know were you want to be? He performed a renewal of our vowels, We later found out he does this to see if you really want to be married.
Then we attended our first session. He asked me to bring him a 12 ounce Starbucks, ok only to find out they don't have a 12 ounces, so I got him a 24 ounces. When I returned he stood at attention and saluted me and explained why he did what he did. Well it took a many months but his wife and what they did has saved my marriage, Thank you Chaplains Manley USMCART

My name is David Green-Manley and I thank you for stopping by and sharing in a bit of time with all of us! My step-father Kenneth R. Manley Sr. was married to my mother Juanita Green- Manley a former Salinas County Sheriff Deputy, for several years. My mom was shot in the line of duty, and pasted away from Staff Infection. I don't feel my step father has ever gotten over her loss. From what has been told to me about my step father has been just about 90o/o {BS}. It comes as no surprise from the days of his childhood, when those who feared him. Now because he has changed, they still live in fear, because they are unsure of themselves. He has helped so many, now those who felt superior to him. Find themselves feeling a lot of animosity toward him and his family because he has done so much to improve his life style. He has now become Sir Kenneth Robert
Manley and now has control over land in England at Old Bridge Lane in Hambleton, Poulton-Le-Fylde FY6 9BT. They took over the property as
Lord and Lady Westwinton of England.
